Please remember that all images are copyrighted by Alicia Schmidt~Adele Bella Photography and it is illegal to duplicate images.  This includes, but is not limited to, scanning, copying to facebook/myspace or other mediums without the consent of Adele Bella Photography (regardless of whether prints were purchased or not). Thank you!

Adele Bella Photography reserves the right to use any picture in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising. Please request if you would not like you or your child's pictures used for any purposes and I will respect your wishes.

Scheduling~

Sessions are booked for weekend days only, except under special circumstances.  Please book 4 weeks in advance.

Re-Shoot Policy~

Re-shoot for an Adele Bella session in available for uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, technical malfunctions, etc. at no cost to the client.

Re-shoot will not be available for uncooperative subjects, dissatisfaction with clothing, make-up, hair, etc.

If you would like to re-shoot with Adele Bella photography for the cosmetic and behavioral reasons above, the following criteria must be met:

The re-shoot must be booked within 15 days of the original session date. If the photographer is not available before that time, a session will be scheduled as soon as the photographer becomes available.
30% discount for Adele Bella re-shoot will apply
***If the client has already received the CD and/or prints, a re-shoot cannot be scheduled. The re-shoot must be scheduled after client has viewed the gallery, but before the final product is given.
